- Pickup: Driver will collect you from your hotel lobby in Da Nang city. Please provide your hotel name and address in the Notes field at checkout.
- Departure time: Typically 7:30–8:30 AM. Exact time confirmed after booking via WhatsApp.
- Return: Driver will wait for you. Departure time from Ba Na Hills is agreed on the day.
- Children policy: Children under 1 m enter free; 1 m – 1.4 m use child ticket price (1,250,000 VND).
